Minutes of the Board of Trustees
of the
City of Viest Covina.
West Covina, Calif., May 11, 1927.
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
''Vest Covina Club House on the 1 i th day of May, 1927. Present
Trustees Qloege, Maxson, Watts and Yarnell. Absent, `.Trustee ding.
Minutes of the meeting of April 6th read and approved.
The following bills, havin been audited by the auditing com-
mittee, on motion of Trustee vvatts, seconded by Trustee Yarnell and
carried, were allowed and the Clerk instructed to draw warrants
f or the same:

Mr. F. L. Douglas presented. for approval a map of a portion of
the Eugene Riggins subdivision `of the Hathaway Tract tending to
show that the map of lot 3 in this tract formerly the C. M. Casey
propertyy, which West Covina approved -is in error, and the Clerk
was instructed.to so inform the County Surveyor and request the
return of the map that the approval might be rescinded and a correct
map substituted. The Clerk was also instructed to forward to City
Engineer Watts a blue print of the map prepared by IT.r. Douglas for
a recheck.
Thereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meet-
ing adjourned.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees o
of the City of iifest Covina of May 11, 1927.are duly recorded on
page 119 of the book of records of said board.
