Minutes of the Board of Trustees
of the
City of West Covina
`Uest Covina, Calif., earth 23, 1927.
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
Wiest Covina Club House on the 23rd day of March 1927. Present
Trustees Gloege, King, Kaxson, Batts and Yarnell. Absent, Prone.
Minutes of the.meeting of February 23rd read and approved.
The following bills, having been audited by the auditing com-
mittee, on motion of Trustee Yarnell, seconded by Trustee Gloege
and carried, were allowed and the Clerk instructed to draw warrants
for the same:

. The Clerk was instructed to write City Engineer Watts for a
copy of a letter having do with certain data on the culverts ppro-
nosed on Vincent Street and Arroyo Drive for George King and E. C.
Stoltz -.the on inal of said letter having been lost. The Clerk
was also instructed to forward to the City Engineer for his appro-
val tracing of the C. M. Casey property, which map the City had been
asked to approve.
Thereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meet-
ing adjourned.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of ',hest 'Covina of March 23rd are duly recorded on page
116 of the book of records of said board..
