Minutes of the meeting of February 9th read and approved.
A petition executed. by A. E. Girod, Walter R. Starbuck and
a number of others, requesting the City of West Covina make
provision -in way of gutters and culverts on Puente Street west
of Vincent Avenue to permit of their carrying ordinary storm
waters tributary thereto, was read by the Clerk and on motion
of Trustee Yarnell, seconded by 'Trustee watts and carried was
ordered accepted and placed on file.
Considerable discussion followed on the subject of the
two culverts on Vincent put in by George King and without mo-
tion being made, the Clerk was instructed to interview Mr.
King and explain the Board's view of this particular situation.
Thereupon, on mdtion duly made, seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned.

baord .
