West Covina, Calif., July 21, 1926
The Board of Trustees of the Cit 'of West Covina met at
the West Covina. Club House on the 21N day of July, 1926. 'Present
Trustees Gloege, Maxson and Yarnell; absent Trustees King and
Watts .
Minutes of a regular meeting of June 9th and a Special
meeting of July 8th were read and approved.
• . The following bills havir been audited by the auditing
committee, on motion of trustee -Yarnell, seconded by Trustee
Gloege and carried were allowed and the Clerk instructed to
drag warrants for the same:

County of Los Angeles, Road Oil 51.20

A communication from F. C. McCandless, agreeing to give to
the City of West Covina certain land at the corner of Pacific
and. Orange Avenues, was read and ordered placed on file..
Upon motion of Trustee Yarnell seconded by Trustee Gloege
and carried, Mr. H. D. Watts was authorized to have made six
blue print maps of the City of West Covina.
Thereupon on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned.
• The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of
Trustees of the City of West Covina of July 21st are duly
recorded on page 102 of the book of records of said board.
