Minutes of the Board of Trustees
of the
City of West Covina
Nest Covina,%,Calif., April 19, 1926.
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
Nest Covina Club House on the 19th day of April 1926. Present
Trustees Gloege, King, Iulaxson, Watts and Yarnell.
The meeting was held for the express purpose of canvassing
the vote of the municipal election held April 12, 1926.
The total registration of duly qualified electors was 123
in precinct No . 1 and 83 in precinct No.2 or a total of 206.
The canvass of the vote showed a total of 28 votes cast as
follows:
E. F. Gloege,Trustee, 24 votes
George King, 19 of
Arthur Yarnell, 24
Franklin P.Harris n 33 n
F. P. Harris,
Whereupon a resolution was introduced and adopted declaring
the following named candidates to have been duly elected to the
following named offices of the City of nest Covina for the follow-
ing teens:
E. F. Gloege, Trustee for four years
George King, Trustee for four years
Arthur Yarnell, Trustee for four years
Certificates of election were duly made out and delivered to
each of the above named officials and oath of office was adminin-
tered to each of the above named officials.
Thereupon, on motion duly made seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned.
The fore.oing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees
of ,he City of�est Covina of April 19, 1926 are duly recorded on
page 96 of the book of records of said board.
