The Board of Trustees of the City of -West Covina met at the
West Covina Club House on the 14th day of April 1926. Present
Trustees Gloege, King, Maxson, Watts and Yarnell; absent, None.
Minutes of the meeting of March 24th read and approved.

Trustee Watts moved the adoption of a resolution to the
effect that the Chairman of the Board of Trustees be and he hereby
is authorized to execute on the art of the City of Nest Covina
an agreement as between the County of Los Angeles and the Cit
of West Covina having to do with the care of prisoners comnitTed
o the Count 'Jail this motion was duly seconded by Trustee
King and said resolution was adopyed by the following vote:
Ayes: Gloege, King, Maxson, Watts and Yarnell; Noes, None.
Trustee Watts moved that all private btidges, crossing ditch-
es between highwa s and places of residence be removed, and that
all dips constructed to take the place of such bridges or other-
wise be put in under the direct supervision of the Street Super-
intendent; this was dui seconded bar Trustee Yarnell and unani-
mously carried and the treet Superintendent was instructed accord-
ingly.
