Minutes of the Board of Trustees
of the
City of West Covina.
,7.-est Covina, Calif., lurch 10, 1926.
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
West Covina Club House on the loth day of Parch 1926. Present
Trustees Gloege, King, Vdatts and Yarnell; absent Trustee 1,11axson.
Trustee Yarnell acted as Chairman and the minutes of the
meeting of February 24th were read and approved.
The following bills, having been audited by the auditing
committee, upon motion of `Trustee Watts, seconded by Trustee
King and carried, were alloyed and the Clerk instructed to draw
warrants for the same:

The following resolution was introduced by Trustee Watts:
"BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of
West Covina:
1. That a general municipal election is hereby called and
shall be held in the City of Nest Covina on the twelfth day of
April, 1926 for the election of the following officers of the
said city, to -wit:
Three (3) members of the Board of Trustees.
2. That for the purpose of holding.the said general municipal
election hereby called, the voting.precincts of the said cityy
shall be and are herebyy consolidated into one votir� precinX,
to -wit: 'vilest Covina CNN precinct 'No.1 and West Covina City pre-
cinct 140.2 are hereby consolidated and shall be known as Consoli-
dated Voting Precinct "A". That the pollimg place thereof shall
be at the Hest Covina Club House, and the following named pper-
sons are hereby appointed and named as officers of the said
election for the said precinct, to -wit:
Inspector: Ralph Lang
Judge: Sadie King
Clerks: F. C. McCandless and Mrs. G. W. Dulin.
3. That theVe
ls of the said election shall be opened at
4"o1clock inmorning of the day of election and shall be
kept open untilotclock in the afternoon of the sane day,
when the ppolls s be closed.
4. That.in all particulars, not recited in this resolution
the said election shall be held in the manner provided by law."
andThe abbove resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Gloege
adopted by the following vote:
.Ayes: Gloege, King, Watts and Yarnell.
Noes: None
Absent: Tlaxson.

Thefeupon, on motion duly made seconded and carried the
meeting adjourned to my et on call at 7 o'clock P.M.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of West Covina of March 10, 1926 are duly recorded on
pages 92 and 93 of the b ok of records of said board.
