The Board of Trustees of the Cityy of West Covina met at
the Wiest Covina Club House on the 17th day of February, 1926.
Present Trustees Gloege, King, Watts and Yarnell; absent
"Trustee Maxson.
Trustee Yarnell acted as Chairman and the minutes of the
meeting of February 3rd were read and approved

Thereuppon, the Board proceeded to canvas the votes cast
at the election in the proposed Nortwiest Annexation District
held on February 13, 1926'which said election was called
for the purpose of voting on the question whether the said
Northwest Annexation District should be annexed to and made
a part of the City of West Covina. That upon completion of
the canvas of the said election returns, upon motion of
Trustee Watts, seconded by Trustee Gloege, the following
resolution was adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Gloege, King, Watts and Yarnell.
Noes: None
Absent: Trustee I,..;'axson
