MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA
test Covina, Calif., December 9, 1925.
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
'West Covina Club House on the 9th day of December 1925. Present
Trustees King, Maxson, Watts and Yarnell; absent trustee Gloege.
Minutes of the meeting of November 18th .read and approved.
The following bills having been audited by the auditing
committee, on motion of Trustee Uatts, seconded byy Trustee Yarnell
and carried, were allowed and the Clerk instructed to draw warrants
for the same:
H. D. Watts Engineering Services 5.25
Boulevard Blacksmith Shop, Tools repaired 6.00

R. Barker, it 100.00
Wayne Weaver, Street Supt 125.00

Total, $ 545.55
A map of a subdivision being that of tract No.9069, which
lies within three miles of the exterior boundaries of the City of
`lest Covina and prepared by the County Surveyor, came up for ex-
amination by the Board of Trustees, and upon favorable report on
said map bythe City Engineer of the City of West Covina, a reso-
lution was introducedby Trustee riatts approving map of
isaid tract
110.9069• this resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Yarnell and
approveA by a unanimous vote and the Clerk was instructed to so
advise the County Surveyor.
Thereupon, on motion duly made seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.M.

corded on page 77 of the book o' records olt said beard.
