MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA
West Covina, Calif., November 18, 1925
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
West Covina Club house on the 18th day of November, 1925. Present
Trustees Gloege, King, I�axson, Watts and Yarnell; absent, none.
Minutes of the meeting of November 4th read and approved.
A resolution, preppared by the City Attorney; calling a special
election in the Cityof West Covina, and submitting_to the quali-
fi,ed voters or electors thereof the question of disincorporation
of the said city was read by the Clerk, whereu on Trustee King
moved that said resolution be adopted; this mJion was duly seconded
by Trustee Yarnell and said resolution was adopted by the follow-
ing vote:
Ayes: Gloege, King, Maxson, 'Watts and Yarnell
Noes: None.
Absent: None.
Officers to se#ve at the coming election of December 28th,
and incorporated in the above resolution, as follows:
Judges: Ralph Lang and George W. Dulin
Clerks: Mrs. Sadie King, Mrs. Martha Reed and Frances Maxson
Inspector: A. E. Hurst.
The Clerk was instructed to have the Notice of said Election
published in the La Puente Journal, commencing.with the issue of
I�;ovember 27th and to continue in five issues, including the first.
Thereupon, on motion duly made seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.M.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Nest Covina of November 18th, 1925 are duly re-
corded on page 76 of the book of records.of said toard.
