MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA
West Covina, Calif., November 4, 1925
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the West
Covina Club House on the 4th day of November, 1925. Present Trustees
Gloege, King, Maxson, Watts and Yarnell; absent, none.
Minutes of the meeting of October 7th read and approved.
The following bills, having been audited by the auditing com-
mittee, upon motion of Trustee Yarnell seconded by Trustee Gloege
and carried, were allowed and the Clergy instructed to draw warrants
for the same:

The petition presented by Mr. Jobe for dis-incorporation of
the City of West Covina was canvassed by Mr. McCandless as to the
signatures which disclosed that the petition was signed by a suffi-
cient number of voters. Discussion Followed as to When the election
should be held, whereupon Trustee Watts moved that the matter be
referred to the City Attorney with instructions that he prepare a
resolution calling the election which latter is to acted upon at
the meeting of the Board to be held on November 11, 1925. This
motion was seconded by Trustee King and unanimously carried.
Thereupon, on motion duly . made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.I.
The foregoing oing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of West Covina of November 4, 1925, are duly recorded
on page 75 of the book of records of said board.
