MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
of the
CITY OF JrEST COVINA
West Covina, Calif., September 2, 1925.
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at
the West Covina Club House on the end day of September, 1925.
Present Trustees Gloege, King, Mlaxson, Watts and Yarnell;
absent, none.
Minutes of the meeting of August 19th read and approved.
• The following bills, having been audited, by the auditing
committee, upon motion of Trustee Yarnell seconded b Trustee
Watts and carried, were allovred and the Clerk instructed to
draw warrants for the same:

Ordinance N0.25 entitled ,An ordinance Mixing the tax rate
for municipal purposes for the fiscal year 1925-19261, came up
for its second readin, and was read by the Clerk. Trustee
Yarnell moved, seconded by Trustee King, that said ordinance
be placed upon its passage, which motion carried by the fol-
lowing vote: Ayes, Gloege, King, PJiaxson, Watts and. Yarnell;
Noes, none.
Upon motion o.i' Trustee Gloege, seconded bustee Yarnell,
said ordinance was adopted by the following VOL*teAyes, Gloege,
King, Naxson, Watts and Yarnell; noes, none.
Thereupon, on motion duly made seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.I1'.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trus-

recorded. on page 73 of the book of records of said board.
