MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF 'TRUSTEES
of the
CITY OF WEST COVINA
West Covina, Cal., May .13, 1925.
The Board of Trustees of the Cityy of West Covina met at
the West Covina, Club House on the 13th day of May, 1925.
Present: Trustees Gloege, King, 1Aaxson, Watts and Yarnell;
absent: None.
Minutes of the meeting of May 6th read and approved.
A map of a subdivision, being that of Tract No.8352, which
lies within three miles of the exterior boundaries of the City
of West Covina and prepared by the County Surveyor, came up for
examination before the Board of Trustees, a.nd upon favorable
report on said map by the City Engineer of the Cityy of West
Covina, a resolution was introduced by Trustee Watts, seconded
by Trustee Yarnell approving map of said tract No.8352 and upon
being put to a vote said resolution was adopted and the Clerk
was instructted to so advise the County Surveyor.
The following bills having been audited by the auditing
cozu,ittee, on motion of Trustee 'Watts seconded by Trustee King
and carried, they were allowed and the Clerk instructed to draw
warrants for the same:

Thereupon, upon motion duly made seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned to meet on call at 17 o'clock P.M.

ed on page 67 of the bo k of records of said board.
