The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
West Covina Club House on the 8th day of April, 1925.
Present: Trustees Gloege, King, Watts and Yarnell; absent

committee, on motion of Trustee Yarnell, seconded by Trustee
King and carried, were allowed and the Clerk instructed to dray
