MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
of the
CITY OF WEST COVINA.
West Covina, Cal., January 14, 1925.
The Board of Trustees of the Cityy of West Covina met at
the '`Vest Covina Club douse on the 14th day of January, 1925.
Present: Trustees Gloege, Maxson and Yarnell; absent
Trustees King and Watts.
Minutes of the meeting of December 31st read and approved.
• A ma of a subdivision, beingthat of Tract No.8705 which
lies within three miles of the exEerior boundaries of the City
of West Covina and prepared by the County Surveyor came up for
examination before the Board of Trustees, and upon favorable
report on said map by the City Engineer of the City of West
Covina, a resolution was introduced by Trustee Yarnell, second-
ed by Trustee Gloege approving map of said tract No.8705, and
upon being put to a vole, said resolution was adopted and the
Clerk was instructed to so advise the County Surveyor.
Ordinance N0.23 entitled "An ordinance regguulating the con-
struction of curbs, gutters and culverts in ppublic streets"
came up for its second reading and was read by the Clerk.
Trustee Yarnell moved, seconded by Trustee Gloege, that said
ordinance be placed on its passage, which motion carried by
the following vote: Ayes; Gloege, Maxson, Yarnell; Noes; none.
On motion of Trustee Yarnell, seconded by Trustee Gloege,
said ordinance was adopted by the following vote: Ayes; Gloege,
Maxson, Yarnell; Noes; none.
Thereupon, on motion duly made seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.M.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trus-
tees of the City of 'Nest Covina of January 14, 1925 are duly
recorded on page 57 of the book of records of said board.
