MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
of the
CITY OF NEST COVINA
West Covina, Cal., November 12, 1924
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
West Covina Club House on the 12th day of November, 1924.
Present: Tustees Gloege, 'Maxson, Watts and Yarnell; absent,
Trustee King.
Minutes of the meeting of September 12th read and approved.
The following bills having been audited by the auditing com-
mittee, on motion of Trustee Watts, seconded by Trustee Yarnell
and carried, were allowed and the Clerk instructed to draw warrants
for the same:

Viney-Milliken Lumber Co 256.91

Total, $ 581.66
Considerable discussion followed on the subject of road work
to be done and the tools necessary with which to do it and the
President instructed the Street Superintendent to get a price on
a suitable pump for the water wagon as well as a road drag and
report on same at the next meeting of the board.
Thereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meet-
ing adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.M.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees of
the City of West Covina of November 12, 1924, are duly recorded on
page 55 of the book of records of said board.
