MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
of the
CITY OF WEST COVINA
West Covina, Cal., September 24, 199
The Board of trustees of the City of 'Vest Covina met at
the 'west Covina Club Mouse on the 24th day of September, 1924.
Present, Trustees Gloege, King, Maxson, Watts and Yarnell
is absent, none.
Minutes of the meeting of August 27th were read and
approved.
= , The following bills, having been audited by the auditing
committee, on motion of Trustee Watts, seconded by Trustee
Yarnell and carried, were allowed and the Clerk instructed to
draw warrants for the same:

A complaint was registered to the effect that the stench
arrising from the fertilizer being applied to the old Reynolds
place, under the present management of Edwin Jobe, was very
disagreeable to the residents of that immediate vicinity and
following considerable discussion, the Clerk was instructed to
request Mr. Jobe to get it under cover with the least possible
delay.
• Thereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the
meeting adiourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P. 1.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trus-
tees of the City of West Covina of September 24, 1924, are duly
recorded on page 54 of the book of recor .s of said board.
