West Covina, Cal . , May 21, 1924.
_ The Board of Trustees of the Cit of West. Covina met at
the West Covina Club House on the 21s day of Maj, 1924.
Present: Trustees Gloege, King, Maxson and Yarnell; abxent
Trustee Vyatts .
• Minutes of an organization meeting and a special meeting,
both held on April 21st, were read and approved.
The -following bills having been audited. by the auditing
committee, on motion of trustee Yarnell, seconded by Trustee
Gloege and carried, they were allowed and the Clerk instructed
to draw warrants for the same:
Boulevard Blacksmith Shop, Supplies 2.8o
Austin -Western Rd Mch Co 7.57
Beulah W. Yarnell, Salary to April 30th 52.50
Viney-Milliken Lbr Co Bridge Lumber 9.32
Hurley Brothers, Supplies 4.8o

Ralph Barker, Labor 80.00
Ben Maxson, 28.00

Total, $ 565.49
On motion of Trustee Yarnell, seconded by Trustee King, add
carried, the road committee, namely, Watts and Maxson, appointed
August 1, 1923, were authorized tb continue in this capacity
until otherwise ordered.
The President of the Board instructed the Clerk to notify
all propert owners on the delinquent tax list of such delin-
quency.and L ascertain from the Treasurer the present balance
remaining on hand to the credit of the City of Vest Covina.
Thereupon, on motion duly made seconded and carried the
meeting adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P. M.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of West Covina of May 21, 1924, are duly recorded on
page 49 of the book of r9cords of said beard.
