West Covina, Cal, .April 21, 1924.
A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Jest Covina was held at the West Covina Club House this date,
immediately following the adjournment of the organization meet-
ing at which were present Trustees Gloege, King, Naxson, Watts
and Yarnell; absent, none.
Minutes of the meeting of April 9, 1924, were read and
approved.
The following bills, having been audited by.the auditing
committee, on motion of Trustee Yarnell, seconded by Trustee
Gloege and carried, they were allowed and the Clerk was in-
structed to draw warrants for the same:
.Ettnet H. Filson, Salary 50.00
Neuner Corporation, Election Ballots 15.50
Covina Argus Pub Co., Election Printing 2.80
Alice B. Dulin, Election Clerk 8.00
R. A. Eikenberry, 8.00
Sadie H. King, .Election Judge 8.00
C. F. Hassheider, Election Inspr 8.00
Total, $ 100.30
Thereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and carried the
meeting adjourned to meet on call at 7 otclock P. M.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board of `1'rus-
teels of the City of Viest Covina of April 21, 1924, are duly
recorded on page 48 of the boot of r cords of said board.
