T4:iINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
of the
CITY OF WEST COVINA
West Covina, Cal., April 9, 1924
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
West Covina Club I -louse on the 9th day of April, 1924.
Present, Trustees Gloege, King, Iraxson, 'Natts and. Yarnell;
absent, none.
Mlinutes of the meeting of April 2nd read and approved.
Ordinance No.2.1 entitled , an ordinance providing rules and
regulations for the control of the Foot and Mouth disease" came
up for its second .reading and was read by the Clerk. Trustee
Watts moved, seconded. by Trustee King, that said ordinance be
laced on its passage, which motion carried by the following vote:
yes: Gloege, King, Mlaxson, uiatts a.nd. Yarnell, noes, none.
On motion of Trustee Yarnell, seconded by Trustee 11axscn, slid
ordinance was adopted by the fcl?owing vote: Ayes: {loege, King,
Tlfaxson, iiatts and Yarnell, noes: none.
The following bills havinE, been audited by the auditing com-
mittee, on motion of Trustee 'Uatts, seconded by Trustee Yarnell
and carried, they were allowed and the Clerk instructed to draw
warrants for the same:

Boulevard Blacksmith Shop 6.35
Total, $ 31.35
Thereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the
meeting; adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.Tv.
The fore oing minutes of the meeting of the Board of Trustees
of the City of 'direst Covina of April 9, 1924 are duly recorded on
page 45 of the book of records of said board..
