CITY OF WEST COVINA
West Covina, Cal,, :February 27, 1924.
The Board of '"trustees of the City of West Covina. met at the
'dest Covina Club House on the 27th day of February, 1924,
Present: Trustees King, Maxson, Watts and Yarnell. Absent
Trustee Gloege.
Minutes of the meeting of February 13th were read and approved.
A map of a sub -division, being that of Tract'No.7541 which lies
within three miles of the exterior boundaries of the City of 'Nest
Covina and prepared by the County Surve or came up for examination
before the Board of Trustees, and upon avorable report on said map
by the City Enrineer of the City of West Covina, a resolution was
introduced by rustee Yarnell and seconded by Trustee Watts approving
map of said tact No.7 541, and upon being put to a vote, said resolu-
tion was adopted and the Clerk was instructed to so advise the County
Surveyor.
On motion of Trustee -aaatts, seconded by 'Trustee Yarnell and
carried, the bond of Treasueer. Yarnell with the National Surety Com-
pany in the sum of $2,000.00 was approved and ordered filed.
The following bills having been audited by the auditing committee,
on motion of Trustee 'Natts, seconded by Trustee r'-ing and. carried, urere
allowed and the Clerk was instructed to draw war.ran�ts for the same:
E. E. Wilson, Salary January & February 50.00
C. D. Wolfinger, " February 25.00
C. H. Banks, Premium on Treasueer f s Bond 5.00
Total, 80.00
Thereupon, on motion dull made seconded and carried, the meeting
adjourned to meet Pn call at T o'clock P.141.
The foregoing minutes of the meeting of the Board. of Trustees of

page 4-2 of the book of records of said baord.
