West Covina, Cal., February 6, 1924
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
West Covina Club House on the 6th day of February, 1924.
Present: Trustees Maxson, Watts and Yarnell; absent, Anderson
and King.
• Minutes of the meeting of January-23rd read and approved.
A map of a sub -division, being that of Tract No.7836 which
lies within three miles of the exterior boundaries of the City of
'West Covina, was received from the County Surveyor, and upon favor-
able report on said map by the City Engineer of the City of rifest
Covina, a motion was made by Trustee Yarnell, seconded by Trustee
'Watts that a resolution be adopted approving of said map of Tract
No.7836, and that this action on the part of the board of trustees
be communicated to the County Surveyor; motion carried.
Nominations were then declared to be in order to fill the
vacancy occasioned by the recent death of Trustee C. B. Anderson,
whereupon Trustee Yarnell nominated fir. E. F. Gloege to fill the
vacancy. Mr. Gloege being the only nominee, he was decalred. unan-
imously elected.
The following bills, having been audited by the auditing com-
mittee, on motion of Trustee Idatts, seconded by Trustee Yarnell and
carried, they were allowed and the Clerk was instructed to draw
warrants for the same:

Thereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the
meeting adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.T,,.
