MINUTES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
of the
CITY OF WEST COVINA
West Covina, Cal., June 6, 1923.
The Board of Trustees of the City of West Covina met at the
West Covina Club House on the 6th day of June, 1923.
• Present, Messrs. King, Maxson, Watts and Yarnell.
Absent, Mr. Anderson.
Minutes of the meeting of May 31st were read and approved.
Ordinance No.15 entitled, "An ordinance permitting the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles to use certain streets
within the city limits of the City of nest Covina, for the purpose
of constructing and maintaining the same" came uo for its second
reading and was read by the Clerk. Mr. Watts moved, seconded by
Mr. King, that the said ordinance be placed on its passage, which
motion was adopted by the following vote: Ayes; King, Maxson, Watts
and Yarnell. Noes; None.
On motion of Mr. King, seconded by:.Mr. Yarnell, the said ord-
inance was adopted by the following vote: Ayes; King, Maxson, Watts
and Yarnell. Noes; None.
Thereupon, on motion duly made, seconded and carried, the
board adjourned to meet on call at 7 o'clock P.M.
