SUBJECT: GOVERNMENT TORT CLAIM DENIALS
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council deny the following Government Tort Claims and the claimants be notified:
• Victor Della Rossa vs. The City of West Covina
• Roberto Medina vs. The City of West Covina
• Marc Taylor vs. The City of West Covina
DISCUSSION:
As you are aware, since all claims should be considered potential lawsuits, it is requested that all Councilmembers
refrain from making specific public comments so as not to prejudice any claim. Specific questions should be
referred to the City Attorney.
