REQUEST FOR CONSIDERATION FROM COUNCILWOMAN DIAZ REQUESTING
FOR STAFF TO REVIEW AND IMPLEMENT A GRAFFITI REMOVAL PROGRAM
Hearing no objection, the motion passes.
Mayor Lopez-Viado directed staff to prepare a letter regarding special directives for the
County of Los Angeles stating they negate core principles of justice and will erode the
quality of life in West Covina.
