TRANSTECH'S BUILDING & SAFETY EXPERIENCE 13 City of San Bernardino Santa Fe Depot/Metrolink Parking Structure and Historic Santa Fe Depot Renovation Project ($25m): Transtech received the Caltrans and Governors Excellence Award in project management for this 60,000 SF adaptive re -use and renovation project. This federally funded project was a two-year project that included historic renovation and preservation, tenant improvements, seismic and structural upgrades, hazardous material abatement, and new mechanical/electrical HVAC systems. This project also included a parking structure that involved the construction of a 3-level parking structure for 350 cars.
