ENERGY SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT
West Covina Council approved a $3.2 Million in upgrades &
improvements to City Facilities
Upgrades include 9 City facilities (Cameron Park & Community
Center, City Yard, Civic Center, Fire stations 2,3,4, Palm View
Center, Senior Center and Shadow Oak Recreational Center &
Park)
Upgrades & Improvements include LED lighting, HVAC system
upgrades, new controls for energy management, solar panel
improvements and upgrades
Project will yield over $4.8 Million in energy cost savings over
20-year span
