Beginning in October, the Inland Valley Humane Society & SPCA
will be canvassing for dog licenses, in the City of West Covina
This will be a contactless canvass with no door knocking.
However, if a resident would like to speak with a Licensed
Inspector, we ask that they abide by social distancing and
wear a mask for everyone's protection.
Licensed Inspectors will be driving their personal vehicles
and will carry a badge. Their uniform consists of dark blue
pants, a dark blue polo shirt with the IVHS & SPCA logo, a
dark blue hat, also with the Shelter's logo and a face mask.
