A Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Johnson on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at
7:01 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 West Garvey Avenue South, West
Covina, California.

REPORT OUT
City Attorney Scott E. Porter reported that the City Council voted 4-1 (JOHNSON NO) to select
the proposal submitted by Singpoli Group, Interim City Manager Carmany to prepare and
execute a letter of intent with Singpoli Group and to open escrow; additionally, it was reported
that the City Council voted 5-0 to move the Closed Session Meeting to Wednesday, May 8,
2019, at 7:00 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
The Special Closed Meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m., by Mayor Johnson. The next regularly
scheduled Special Closed Session City Council Meeting will be held on May 08, 2019 at 7:00
p.m., in the City Manager's Conference Room, 1444 West Garvey Avenue South, West Covina,
California.
