PRESENTATIONS National Public Safety Telecommunicators Police Chief Marc Taylor recognized West Covina Dispatchers as a result of National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week that is upcoming. Mayor Lloyd Johnson thanks all the dispatches that were present and presents a proclamation.
