A. Consideration of the Schedule of Distribution of Future Tax Revenues
(Also Known as Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules "BOPS") and
Successor Agency Administrative Budget Covering the Period of July 1,
2013 through December 31, 2013
Recommendation
It is recommended that the Oversight Board review and approve Resolution No.
OB-0022 approving the Schedules of Distribution of Future Tax Revenues (also
known as the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedules "ROPS") and the
Successor Agency Administrative Budget for the period July 1, 2013 through
December 31, 2013.
