A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 71 AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF. (SAN
GABRIEL VALLEY TRIBUNE, INC.)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, San Gabriel Valley Tribune, Inc., the
owner of four parcels more fully described in Exhibit A,
attached by reference thereto and made a part hereof, has
properly submitted to the City a request for a lot line
adjustment between the four parcels, and has paid all fees
therefor;
WHEREAS, the lot line adjustment has been reviewed
by the City Engineer and the Planning Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the Planning
Department have determined that said lot line adjustment as
proposed is in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act,
Government Code Section 66412(d), in that the proposed lot
line adjustment conforms to local zoning and building
ordinances and is in conformity with the General Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the lot line adjustment as
described in Exhibit A and the same is hereby approved
without conditions attached hereto.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of
West Covina be and they hereby are authorized and instructed
to approve said lot line adjustment, on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution, and to cause the said
resolution and said certificate to be filed for record in
the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
