Purchase of Two (2) Ford Escape Hybrid Vehicles
It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Award the purchase of two (2) 2007 Ford Escape hybrid vehicles to Fairview
Ford of San Bernardino for a total cost of $51,964.51 including sales tax and
standard warranty.
2. Appropriate $25,982 from Air Quality Improvement Trust Fund (119).

a) Lease of Police Motorcycles
It is recommended that the City Council approve an award of contract to
Laidlaw's Harley Davidson Sales, Inc. for the annual lease of Harley
Davidson police motorcycles (currently eight) at a cost per motorcycle of
$375 per month plus sales tax.

Request for Oualifications (RFO) for Specialized Legal Services

1. City _staff to send out Request for Qualifications for certain limited special

between $25,00 - $100,000, and anytime that the anticipated legal costs are to
