It is recommended that the City Council grant final approval to the
proposed Lease Agreement authorizing Royal Street Communications to
lease space to build a wireless telecommunications facility in Walmerado
Park and authorize the Mayor to execute the Lease Agreement.

b) Adoption of the National Incident Management System
It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following resolution
committing the City to comply with the National Incident Management
System (NIMS) program, as the first official step in the process of
integrating NIMS into the City's emergency management program:
