It is recommended that the City Council:
1. Authorize staff to execute a contract for $15,000 or less with the West
Covina Chamber of Commerce to operate the 2006 Street Market Fair
at the Lakes Entertainment Center.
2. Relocate the Street Fair to the center of the Lakes Development.

b) Authorization to Apply for the California Beverage Container
Recycling and Litter Reduction Grant for Fiscal Year 2006-2007
It is recommended that the City Council authorize the submittal of an
application to the California Department of Conservation's Division of
Recycling for a California Beverage Container Recycling and Litter
Reduction Grant for the fiscal year 2006-2007.
