A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNA, APPROVING FINAL MAP OF
PARCEL MAP 17372
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by
• the owner and subdivider, a.final map of Parcel Map No. 17372,
which has been approved by the Planning Commission and by the
City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final map of. Parcel Map No. 17372
submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of
West Covina be and they are.hereby authorized.and instructed to
approve said final map on behalf of the City in accordance with
this resolution.
SECTION 3. That Parcel Map No. 17372 is consistent with
the General Plan of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 4. That Parcel Map No. 17372 will not unreason-
ably interfere with the free and complete exercise of public
utility easements.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption.of this resolution.
