• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 40 AND
• DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
(Pick's and A-1 Mini Storage)
WHEREAS, Pick's and A-1 Mini Storage, the owners of two parcels, submitted
• to this meeting two legal descriptions marked "Exhibit A", and by reference
thereto made a part hereof, for a lot line adjustment between the two parcels,
and a written request for the lot line adjustment; and
WHEREAS, said submitted lot line adjustment has been reviewed by the City
Engineer and the Planning Department; and

WHEREAS, the City Engineer and the Planning Department have determined
that said lot line adjustment is in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act
and the General and Specific Plans of the City of West Covina.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina, does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the lot line adjustment submitted to this meeting be and
the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and they
are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said lot line adjustment, per
Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act, on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution, and to cause the said resolution and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May , 1985.

official plat thereof bounded as follows:
Bounded.on the.North'by the Southerly line of the land as described
in the deed to the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, recorded
April 15, 1897, as Instrument No. 17, in Book 1159, Page 149 of
Deeds, in the office of the County Recorder of said Countyy bounded
on the East by the Easterly line of said Lot 3 bounded on the South

Beginning at the intersection of the North line of San Bernardino
Road, formerly Covina Boulevard and the West line of Irwindale
Avenue; thence North 87000' West along said North line 692.12 feet
to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 1°00' East to the
Southerly line of the land as described in the deed to the.Southern
Pacific Railroad Company, recorded April 15, 1897, as Instrument No.
17, in Book 1159, Page 149 of Deeds, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County; thence Westerly along said'Southerl.y line
