• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING PHASE II OF UNDERGROUND
UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 4.
• WHEREAS, the City Council on April 26, 1982, established Underground
Utility District No. 4 to be completed in three phases and set the times of
• completion for each phase; and
WHEREAS, the confirmation of Phase II is necessary in a timely
manner so that the set time of completion can be retained; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to proceed with Phase II.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Phase II of Underground Utility District No. 4 is confirmed.
SECTION 2. That the times of completion of Phases II and III of Under-
ground Utility District'No. 4 are confirmed.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall send a fully executed copy of
this resolution to the Southern California Edison Company and to General Telephone
Company.
SECTION 4. That the Ci.ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
