RESOLUTION NO. 6962
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 39 AND DIRECT-
ING THE RECORDATION THEREOF (DAVID DeMILLE)
WHEREAS, Mr. David DeMille, the owner of two parcels, submitted to th is
meeting two legal descriptions marked Exhibit "A", and by reference thereto
made a part hereof, for a lot line adjustment between the two parcels, and a
written request for the lot line adjustment; and
WHEREAS, said submitted lot line adjustment has been reviewed by the
City Engineer and the Planning Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Planning Department have determined
that said lot line adjustment is in conformance with the Subdivision Map
Act and the General and Specific Plans of the City of West Covina.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina, does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the lot line adjustment submitted to this meeting be
and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of West Covina be
and they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said lot line adjust-
ment, per Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act, on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution, and to cause the said resolution and said certificate to be
filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.

EXCEPT those portions of said Parcels ,.2 'and 3..1ying northerly of the following
described line:
• Beginning at a point in the curved line in the easterly boundary of said Parcel 2
shown on said map as being concave to the West and having a radius of 95 feet, dis-
tant 2.94 northerly along said curved line through a central angle of 1°46'24" from
the southeasterly corner of said Parcel 2; thence westerly 196.14 feet through a cen-
tral angle of 34°03'15" along a non -tangent curved line concave to the North having
a radius of 330 feet, a radial line of said non -tangent curve at said point bearing
South 20049124" West, to a point in a non -tangent line; thence South 52028140" West
30.00 feet to a point in that course in the common boundary line between said Parcel
2 and 3 shown on said map as having a bearing and length of North 89019'42" West 239.06
feet; thence North 89019142" West 171.65 feet more or less along said course to the
southwesterly corner of said Parcel 2 which is also the northwesterly corner of said
Parcel 3.
