A RESOLUTION OF,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 35 AND DIRECT-
ING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
(MR. AND MIZS. DUNN)
WHEREAS, Mr, and Mrs. Dunn, the owners of two parcels, submitted to this
meeting a legal description marked Exhibit "A", and by reference thereto made
a part hereof, for a lot line adjustment between the two parcels, and a
written request for the lot line adjustment; and
WHEREAS, said submitted lot line adjustment has been reviewed by the
City Engineer and the Planning Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Planning Department have determined that
said lot line adjustment is in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and
the General and Specific Plans of the City of West Covina.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina, does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1, That the lot line adjustment submitted to this meeting be
and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the proper officers of the City of West Covina be and
they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said lot line adjustment,
per Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act, on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution, and to cause the said resolution and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March 1984.
