That electronic message boards be placed on the east and westbound approaches of the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10). That most northerly driveway access for the parcel located at the southeast corner of California Avenue and Plaza Drive be temporarily closed during the holiday period. That temporary signage directing drivers to top level of parking structure be installed by Westfield Shoppingtown West Covina. That freeway directional signs be enhanced. IV. Department of Justice Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Grant and appropriate the $98,664 reimbursable award as follows: • $10,942 to account 214.32.3210.5113 (Instructor Overtime) • $3,405 to account 214.32.3210.6270 (C.E.R.T.
