Resolution - 6744r1 Lj RESOLUTION NO. 6744 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL:OF TH'E.CIT.X OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA', AUTHORI:Z'ING THE MAYOR AND.CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A.GRANT.OF EASEMENT IN FAVOR OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY. (ADJACENT AND EASTERLY TO 3340 EAST CAMERON AVENUE.) The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of,West Covina does hereby find and determine that the public convenience and necessity require that a Grant of Easement be -executed- infavor of Southern California Edison Company for utility purposes over certain City owned property as described in the attached Exhib:i_t "A" and by reference hereto made a part hereof. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authori-zed , and instructed to execute in the name of the City of West Covina a Grant of Easement, substantially in the form attached, in favor of Southern California Edison Company for.utility purposes.
