Workman Avenue This ordinance was introduced at the City Council meeting of August 16, 2005. This ordinance would change the zoning of the property at 1838 E. Workman Avenue from "Residential Agricultural" (R-A) to "Multiple -Family Residential" (MF-20). The "MF-20" Zone allows for multiple -family housing at a maximum density of 20 units per acre. This ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption, October 20, 2005.
