Workman Avenue This ordinance was introduced at the City Council meeting of August 16, 2005. This ordinance would change the zoning of the property at 1838 E. Workman Avenue from "Residential Agricultural" (R-A) to "Multiple -Family Residential" (MF-20). The "MF-20" Zone allows for multiple -family housing at a maximum density of 20 units per acre. This ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption, October 6, 2005. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following ordinance. Traffic Committee Recommendation: That stop signs (RI) be installed on the southbound approaches of Fairway Knolls Road at Hillside Drive. That a W56 sign (double head arrow) be installed on the south side of Hillside Drive at Fairway Knolls Road and Rolling Hills Drive. That "watch downhill speed" sign (SW 4-1) be installed eastbound Hillside Drive East of Fairway Knolls Road.
