A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ED WATTS TO
ABATE WEEDS AND RUBBISH ON PRIVATE PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 4, DIVISION 3, PART 2, CHAPTER.
• 13, ARTICLE 2, OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE (PROPOSAL "B").
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
That on the basis of their low bid, Ed Watts be.awarded the contract
for Weed Abatement and Rubbish Removal in accordance with the provisions and
specifications of Proposal "B" as outlined in the bid proposal; this work to
be accomplished in accordance with Weed District Map 1982 and completed to
the satisfaction of the Fire Chief of the City of West Covina.
