RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA
EASTLAND REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT 1982 TAX ALLOCATION BONDS
• WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of West Covina (the
"Agency") is a duly constituted public body, corporate and politic,
established pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the State .of
California (the "Law"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Law, the Agency has duly authorized the
issuance of $3,250,000 principal amount of its. Redevelopment Agency of the
City of West Covina Eastland Redevelopment Project 1982 Tax Allocation Bonds
(the "Bonds"); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to he Law, the City Council of the City of West Covina
has reviewed said financing and wishes to declare its approval thereof in
accordance with Section 33640 of the California Health and Safety Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of West
Covina as follows:
1. The issuance by the Agency of the Bonds is hereby approved.
2. This resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage and adoption.
