This ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption, July 7, 2005. This ordinance will rezone a portion of the Elks Lodge property from "Office Professional" to "Neighborhood Commercial" to facilitate the transfer of a portion of the Elks Lodge to a developer that is proposing construction on the corner of Glendora and Merced Avenues. This ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption, July 7, 2005.
