The ordinance approving Zone Change 05-05 was introduced at the City
Council meeting of May 17, 2005. This ordinance would approve a zone
change from "P-B" (Public -Building) to "R-l" (Single -Family
Residential) for a single-family residential property at 707 S. Lark Ellen
Avenue. This ordinance will become effective 30 days after adoption,
July 7, 2005. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following
ordinance:

(Near the northwest corner of Glendora and Merced Avenue)
The ordinance approving Zone Change 04-06 was introduced at the City
Council meeting of May 17, 2005. This ordinance will rezone a portion of
the Elks Lodge property from "Office Professional" to "Neighborhood
Commercial" to facilitate the transfer of a portion of the Elks Lodge to a
developer that is proposing construction on the corner of Glendora and
Merced Avenues. This ordinance will become effective 30 days after
adoption, July 7, 2005. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the
following ordinance:

accordance with Government Code Sections 6062 and 6062(a).
