This ordinance will become effective on June 2, 2005. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ZONE CHANGE NO. 05-04 b) Ordinance Amending Section 1-37.2 of the West Covina Municipal Code (Authorizing Community Enhancement to enforce `Display in Public Places of Material Harmful to Children' Ordinance) This ordinance amends the West Covina Municipal Code to include the blinder rack ordinance as an ordinance which may be enforced by city employees. This ordinance will become effective on June 2, 2005. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING CHAPTER 1, SECTION 1-37.2 OF THE WEST COVINA MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCLUDE SECTION 15-400 — 15-403 WITH THOSE MISDEMEANORS WHICH MAY BE ENFORCED BY CITY EMPLOYEES 4) Award of Bid Award of Bid for the Purchase of Three Ford Escape Hybrid Vehicles and Expenditure Authorization for Purchase It is recommended that the City Council approve the following: I. Award the bid for the purchase of three 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid vehicles to the lowest responsible bidder, Barber Ford of Ventura, CA for a total amount of $80,294.44; and 2.
