This ordinance will become effective on June 2, 2005. It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following ordinance: ORDINANCE NO. - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ZONE CHANGE NO. 05-04 b) Ordinance Amending Section 1-37.2 of the West Covina Municipal Code (Authorizing Community Enhancement to enforce `Display in Public Places of Material Harmful to Children' Ordinance) This ordinance amends the West Covina Municipal Code to include the blinder rack ordinance as an ordinance which may be enforced by city employees. This ordinance will become effective on June 2, 2005.
