A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING LOT 39 IN
• TRACT 33329 FOR OPEN SPACE PURPOSES AND DIRECT-
ING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. The interests conveyed by Tract 33329 offering
to grant to the City of West Covina the property or interests therein
particularly described for open space purposes, is hereby accepted.
Said property is described as:
Lot 39 of Tract 33329 in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, recorded
in Book 892, Pages 14, 15 and 16 of Maps on file in
the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
