A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT
IN FAVOR OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows•
. SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina
does hereby find and determine that the public convenience and
necessity require that a Grant of Easement be executed in favor
of Southern California Edison Company for utility purposes over
certain City owned property as described in the attached Exhibit
"A" and by reference hereto made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and instructed to execute in the name of the City of West Covina a
Grant of Easement, substantially in the form attached, in favor of
Southern California Edison Company for utility purposes.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

manholes, handholes, and including above -ground enclosures, markers and concrete pads and other appur-
tenant fixtures and equipment necessary or useful for distributing electrical energy and for transmitting
intelligence by electrical means, in, on, over, under, across and along that certain real property in the
